The Goonies is a Steven Spielberg classic from 1980 and has been a fan favourite movie for nearly four decades now. Basic gameplay

Honestly, there’s nothing basic about The Goonies. Even the base game comes with six bonus features that can be triggered randomly. When the One-Eyed-Willy symbol in the upper right-hand corner starts glowing, one of the boys will fly screaming across the reels, leaving behind three keys to pick from. You pick one to activate one of the following six add-ons:

  • Chunk’s Truffle Shuffle – random wilds can appear over already existing symbols on the reels.
  • Data’s Colossal Symbols – Three adjacent reels can become a Colossal Reel showing the same symbol. They may land anywhere on the reels (the left-most three reels, the three middle reels or the right-most three reels).

Mi spiego meglio :per chi non li conoscesse e spero siano in pochi, i Goonies sono 4bambini: Mikey il determinatoasmatico , Mouth lo sbruffone, Data l'inventore e Chunk ilpasticcione.
Nella noia di unaparticolare giornata piovosa, salgono nella soffitta di Mikey, e tracimeli e quadri del museo in cui lavora suo padre trovano la mappa diun tesoro . Così decidono di trovare l'oro del pirata Willy L'Orboper poter aiutare le proprie famiglie a non vendere le case in cuisono cresciuti , poichè sfrattati dal ricco signore del paesino di Goon Docks.
Insieme ai 4 bambini, ci sono Brand, fratello maggiore di Mikey, che inizialmenterincorre il fratellino tra i boschi per riportarlo a casa ed infineAndy e Stef immischiate nella storia piratesca quasi per caso.
I cattivi di turnosono la Banda Fratelli , una famiglia di fuorilegge che si nascondedalla polizia in un vecchio ristorante nelle valli di Astoria. Ed èproprio qui che avviene l'incontro tra i bambini e la banda dicriminali, perchè il ristorante si trova esattamente nel punto incui il tesoro dovrebbe essere nascosto.

Quando la BandaFratelli esce dal ristorante sfrecciando a tutto gas sulla propriaJeep nera, i Goonies si intrufolano nei sotterranei scoprendo un “mostro “ dalle sembianze umane ma dal cuore tenero
( SLOT ) tenuto incatene dalla Banda Fratelli, ma soprattutto si imbattono in tunnelnascosti , tubature che esplodono, massi che cadono (di cui parlavoprima) “ tracobetti” , scheletri, pipistrelli , un pianofortedella morte, un enorme nave pirata e dei giganteschi rubini, iltutto inseguiti a un certo punto dalla banda fratelli …..praticamentetutti gli elementi di una splendida avventura.
E' un tipico filmanni 80 costruito con tecniche quasi rudimentali se lo si mette aconfronto con i film che circolano al box office adesso, ma la cosaassurda è che non ha importanza, perché la sua bellezza risiedenella sua semplicità.
La ricerca del tesoro di Willy L'Orbo ha unoscopo ben preciso, quello di salvare non solo le proprie casedallo sfratto imminente ma anche i Goonies stessi. L'idea disepararsi andando a vivere in altri paesi li porta a mettere inpericolo le proprie vite pur di salvare l'unione fraterna che lilega.

Anche dopo più di20 anni guardare I Goonies, riesce sempre a trasportarmi in unfantastico viaggio indietro nel tempo, un po' quello che mi succedequando salgo sulla Delorean, quando vado alla ricerca del TempioMaledetto, cerco l'assassino sull'Orient Express, ricevo un invitoa cena come Miss Scarlett, incontro i 3 fantasmi del Natale, ripeto3 volte BEETLEJUICE , oppure quando mi metto un reggiseno in testa ecreo la donna perfetta….
